Located on the south side of Chandler, you will be less than 12 minutes to EIGHT different Golf Courses.

The house welcomes you with 4 parking spaces in the large private driveway on a quiet corner lot. There are 2 living spaces with comfortable seating and a beautiful places to sit and catch up with friends or family as you enjoy the serenity of the southwest decorated space.

The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking necessities that you need to enjoy your stay. It also has a wonderful and well stocked COFFEE BAR with everything you need to enjoy your favorite cup of coffee with either drip coffee or K-cups. The kitchen also has a transitional table that can be used for eating or flip it over, and it’s POKER NIGHT (poker set provided).

Theater Room: A room that is dedicated for a relaxing movie night or an exciting game day for those of you who are sports fans. Enjoy the 75” screen television as you kick back in the movie theater style reclining chairs. Each chair has cup holders and a detachable TV tray in the armrest.

Bedrooms: Downstairs, the master suite awaits you with a comfortable king size bed and two sitting chairs! A retreat room that looks out on the backyard paradise. In the master bathroom, enjoy a full size soaking tub, glass enclosure shower and an enormous walk in closet. We have even included a selection of bath salts for your soaking pleasure. In the master bedroom closet, you will also find an ironing board and iron, along with some baby essentials. We have supplied a Porta crib, high chair, and baby blankets.

The four additional oversized bedrooms are all located upstairs and all have Smart ROKU TV’s. One bedroom has a KING bed, 2 bedrooms with QUEEN beds and the final room has a bunk with a twin over full, plus a twin trundle. This bunk room also has a full size futon for additional sleepers.

Bathrooms: The bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton swabs, cotton balls, cotton rounds, and floss picks.

Office / Fitness Room: If you need to still “work” or "workout" while you are away from home, we have the perfect dedicated space that is separate from the rest of the home. It has a separate entry off the backyard. A large desk with a printer is provided for all your work related needs. A treadmill is provided your exercise needs. Enjoy the mounted TV while you get in your workout and then grab a water from the mini fridge when you are finished.

Outdoor: Relax by the large diving pool and zero entry sun shelf with fountain bubblers, a grotto and a built-in concrete table with jets that can be run for an added layer of relaxation. Pool noodles and floats are provided. You’ll find multiple seating areas around the pool and throughout the yard. Six people can relax in the shade at the outdoor bar area covered by umbrellas with solar lighting for evening enjoyment. Another patio table with umbrellas and seating for six. We have 2 separate fire pits areas with seating – one by the pool and another on the patio where you can enjoy watching our outdoor TV.

Be entertained in the massive recreation filled backyard – a basketball court, a pickleball court, and a 4 hole mini golf putt- putt green. A putter and golf balls, a basketball, a football and 4 pickleball paddles are provided. When night comes, grab our glow-in-the-dark golf balls for an extra fun game! Additionally, there are outdoor games- Giant Jenga, Cornhole, & Yardzee.

PLEASE NOTE: The Pickleball court is 16% smaller than a regulation court size.

The entire home and entire half acre lot is accessible during your stay.
Other things to note
All children or adults who can't swim must be supervised carefully. No lifeguard on duty. Swim & use the entire property at your own risk. The pool is serviced on Thursday, and depending on whether any chemicals may be added, the pool may be unavailable to use or swim for a few hours that day if the pool tech so instructs. This beautiful home is on an oversized, over ½ half acre lot in a wonderful, very desirable neighborhood surrounded by other large, beautiful homes. No smoking, vaping of any kind allowed anywhere on the property. Security cameras, similar to hotels are on property and are outdoor for safety & compliance purposes. No cameras are inside whatsoever.
