We are pleased that you and your children enjoyed the guest suite and found it convenient for preparing meals and exploring the local area. We would like to address the concerns mentioned regarding noise and the possibility of someone entering the suite during your stay. As disclosed in our listing prior to booking, the guest suite is a private secondary unit attached to our family home with its own separate entrance. We also clearly note that we have young children and that guests may occasionally hear normal family activity during daytime hours, while the home remains quiet after bedtime. We strive to be transparent about these details so guests can determine whether the accommodation is the right fit for their needs, allowing them to make an informed decision before booking. Regarding the concern that someone may have entered the suite while you were away, we take guest privacy and security very seriously. After reviewing the electronic door lock records and exterior front-door security footage for the duration of your stay, we found no evidence that the suite was entered by us or by any unauthorized person. The access records and footage show only the occupants of the reservation and individuals who arrived with or were admitted by the occupants during the stay. We understand that staying in an accommodation attached to an occupied family residence may provide a different experience than staying in a completely detached property. While we work hard to maintain a quiet environment, occasional daytime family activity may be heard from the main residence. Thank you again for staying with us. Just as you also acknowled prompt response from host, we would have taken care of the towel and thrashbag situation immediately if you requested, we send extras on request due to missing towels lately. Description is now improved. We have nothing to gain from not giving you full disclosure. There was a box of 6 gallon trash bags in the apartment and we noticed you actually used them. To address this, we will put box of both 6 and 13 gallon trash bags in the apartment. Apologies for the inconvenience and hope you are not deterred from booking next time
