Feel at home on our cozy guest suite 5 minutes to the heart of Princeton, Tx

Beautiful suite that feels like home. With enough Tv entertainment and necessary amenities plus welcome toiletries. Princeton is beautiful, peaceful and serene with beautiful parks around. This is a secondary unit attached to the main family house which is occupied but has its own private and separate entrance hence no interactions with the main building. Please note that we have little kids and you may hear them running around occasionally but all good and quiet after bedtime 😊

If you’re not booking here, then you’re missing out. They supplied all the basic necessities and what they didn’t have, Walmart was only 5 minutes away. They were very friendly and the neighborhood was awesome. Perfect location from restaurant and stores. Only thing I was they had was an additional tv in the bed room but that’s not a deal breaker for me. Definitely booking with them from here on out!!!

Great place to stay!

My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament. This was the perfect place for us to stay. Having two beds is great. We didn’t cook but it has everything you need. The washer and dryer was a plus! It was quiet and clean. We will stay again.

Family, visit and found second home,while visiting

Have stayed here a couple of times now while visiting family in the area. Always have a great stay and look forward to my next trip. The accomidations are perfect in a quite neighborhood. Enjoy my morning 3 to 4 mile walks in the morning, many different paths to explore, and always come across friendly neighbors. Like i said can't wait for me next stay.

Nice, clean, and quite guest apparent

The property was exatly as listed. The neighborhood was quiet, and plenty of sidewalks to get a good morning walk in. Have famliy in the area and the apparent was a nice getaway. Look forward to staying again the next time in town.

Home away from home not an impersonal hotel

Our stay for my son and I was a great location for our business, with a homey atmosphere. The host was accommodating and very polite. We enjoyed out stay and would encourage others to stay in this duplex as well. Easy and quick drive to stores and close to our business.

Perfect Location!

So happy that I “stumbled” upon this! Was less than a mile from visiting my son’s family & our granddaughter! Was super clean and we didn’t have to take anyone out of their bed at my son’s house!

3 day stay for a wedding

Things we liked about our stay: - 3 mins to Wal-Mart - 5 mins to the park - In a nice neighborhood - Fast response from host Things we didn’t like about our stay: -Wasn’t the cleanest -Only 2 towels -no extra trash bags Also wish it had that it was an attached apartment to their house in the description and not just the title.

Just as you also acknowled prompt response from host, we would have taken care of the towel and thrashbag situation immediately if you requested, we send extras on request due to missing towels lately. Description is now improved. We have nothing to gain from not giving you full disclosure. There was a box of 6 gallon trash bags in the apartment and we noticed you actually used them. To address this, we will put box of both 6 and 13 gallon trash bags in the apartment. Apologies for the inconvenience and hope you are not deterred from booking next time

Great place! Nice and clean. We never had wi-fi or TV. It may have been in the fine print of the contract. It would have been nice if a hard copy guide sheet for internet and TV operation had been available for us senior citizens to refer to upon arrival. Pretty much just slept there while visiting family and helping with family projects at their homes. So, we didn’t have a lot of time to figure out the internet and TV. We used our iPads and hot spots on our phones for the few times we did need wi-fi. I gave four stars for property manager communication since there was never a need and/or time for us to reach out to property manager. Overall, the place is wonderful and very clean.
