Amazing Salt Water Heated Pool House with Easy Access to Downtown and Beach!

Charming, immaculate 3 bedroom house with new salt water pool and spa. It is conveniently located 2 miles from Venice Beach and 1 mile from downtown shops and restaurants. While new to VRBO, this house is in high demand - Previous guests have given the house top ratings. They have found the house to be immaculate, well furnished and comfortable. They have liked its convenient location and find the 14’x27’ pool to be “what you would expect at a much more expensive B&B.”

The house is fully furnished with a beach theme. There is a patio with sun chairs for lounging by the pool as well as a seating area for pool-side cocktails and snacks. A second patio has a table and chairs for dining as well as several cozy lounging spots. Beach and sports equipment are provided. Bikes can be provided upon request. Across the street is a wooded area and park with pickle ball/tennis courts, a playground, and softball fields. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with enough parking for 3-4 cars and a large fenced yard.

Venice Beach is 2 miles from the house - a quick drive with free parking or an enjoyable bike ride. Ride your bike from the house to two paved bike/walking trails. The Venetian Bike Trail is a lovely ride along the intercostal waterway that ends at Shamrock Park. Or take the Legacy Bike Trail to Oscar Scherer State Park or as far as Sarasota! Downtown restaurants and shops are 1 mile from the house and accessible by bike trail.

Why they chose this property

Upon arriving in Venice a decade ago, we knew it was the spot for us! It has a lovely downtown, great beaches, and frequent community festivals, shows and concerts. We selected our neighborhood for its location, but have come to enjoy the mix of permanent residents and snowbirds.

What makes this property unique

Our pool is truly awesome! The salt water is kind to the skin. The spa can accommodate 6 people and the pool is large enough for a relaxing float as well as a swim.
