This 2B condo is centrally located in tower 5 on the 16th floor. This unit will have prime views of the Santa Rosa Sound (Bay view). This unit has a fully stocked kitchen so you can feel right at home! This unit features bedding of King, Queen and Sleeper Sofa. $20/PER DAY amenity fee AND a $75 check in fee charged at check in both paid AT CHECK IN and not included with the price. We have the lowest cleaning fee on the beach!
The space
Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus one covered parking spot for your convenience.
Portofino offers many amenities such as a 40,000-square-foot, lifestyle center that includes state of the art fitness equipment including Cybex weight machines and True cardio equipment with individual LCD T/V. Personal trainers, Pilates, Spin Classes, Yoga Classes and water aerobics are also available.

Please note that the resort charges a one time $75 check-in fee plus a $10 (Winter) or $15 (Spring) , $20 (Summer), $10.00 (Fall) per day for the group for amenities. Guest access
You will have full access as any owner would. You will have one assigned parking spot, and one additional spot outside on the ground floor. The Lifestyle Center has 2 outdoor infinity pools and 1 indoor heated pool. Beach access is directly across the street from Portofino Island Resort.
