Welcome to Whitetail Cottage, 1 of 3 brand new tiny homes nestled in the beautiful KY lake area. The only pet friendly unit available!
Connect with nature while also enjoying all the modern comforts.
Bring your boats and rods for all the numerous nearby boat ramps, marinas, and fishing spots!
Staying in? Enjoy the relaxing fire-pit and Adirondack chairs while grilling up something good to eat!
Whether its fishing, ATV riding, boating, or simply relaxing nature, This is the spot for you!
The space
This Cottage includes one queen bedroom, a loft with full bed, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room!! Plenty room for all!
In house laundry, fully stocked kitchen, and nice bathroom makes your stay a little easier. Please remember that this cozy tiny home loft is accessible via stairs and doesn't allow standing room.
Private drive with boat parking (waterhose and electrical plug for boats outside).. remember to bring charcoal for the grill! There is firewood for sale nearby as well.

Home is accessible with keyless entry for your convenience.
Other things to note
This is the ONLY cottage on the property that is PET FRIENDLY. All others have a No Pet Policy due the home remaining allergy free. While we are passionate about animals we kindly ask you not to bring them to the other 2 units if you know those guest. Please do not leave pet unattended in the home. The pet fee is $100 per stay due to extra cleaning performed on furniture. Please note, Any chewing, scratching or other damages left by pet will result in additional fees.

Lake Family Reunion

My family was gathering at the lake for a weekend reunion. Finding a place near everyone else was fantastic. The tiny cottage was perfect for our family of four. There are not a ton of amenities, but that worked for us as we spent most of our time at other places. I love the cottage and would definitely rent it again.

Great tiny house , wonderful little town , food at bar and grill was good , recommend the Reuben sandwich , host and cleaning lady were more than accommodating, big five star from me.

This perfectly decorated and modernized tiny home was brilliantly located near the water with access to public boat launch and surrounding amenities. My group of family and fisherman had a great stay and highly recommend it. The vehicle and boat parking was adequate. The communication with our host was great. Thanks.
