Welcome to Swan Bay Cabins, nestled in the foothills of Buchanan, TN and encircled by natural beauty and an abundance of wildlife. Our brand-new cabins make a perfect getaway for any occasion. When you rent one of our charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabins, you will appreciate their rustic “all-wood” construction and clean, welcoming design. Each cozy cabin is furnished with all the amenities you will need to relax including TV, full kitchen, heating and air conditioning and a spacious shower. Swan Bay Cabins is the perfect place to enjoy nature in their beautiful, woodsy setting.

Swan Bay Cabins are conveniently located 1.8 miles from Paris Landing Marina, in fact; we are one of the closest cabin rentals to Paris Landing Marina and just minutes away from Kentucky Lake. We have plenty of boat parking too.

This cabin was exactly as described and advertised. It was very nice and clean in a quiet area that was easy to access. We met the owner, Ken, and he was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

Cute Cabins!

I loved these cabins! Super nice and clean! Easy access and beautiful area. They have a nice little picnic area and a place for a bonfire if you want one. We didn’t, being in the 90’s on our visit. Not too far from a boat launch to go fishing. All in all I would highly recommend staying here at the Swan Creek Cabins!

Awesome very informing owner Kenneth. Very clean cabin with everything you need. Ample parking even if you have a boat. Very close to several restaurants and the lake.

Wonderful communication

Super clean. Great communication from host, esp when we had a problem unlocking the first time. Only suggestion would be some instructions on how to use TV remotes. Thank you so much. Location was very convenient to Paris landing resort.

Mini vacation

We went to ride our side by side on the Trails at Turkey Bay. Ken gave us the end cabin and it was perfect. We were able to park our truck and trailer and it was out of the way of thru traffic. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Ken was super nice. We had something come up and needed to come in a day earlier, I messaged Ken and he was able to accommodate the request. We will stay again!!

We truly enjoyed staying here. Small, quaint cabin, very quiet surroundings and for us, was in the middle of the attractions we went to see. We saw who we believed to be one of the owners working on the property, but we never needed contact with them other than texting. I deleted the first copy of our check-in directions, so I texted them and they got back to me relatively quick. Cabin had basically all the things we needed for our three day visit. It appears that they are adding a building to house laundry facilities, which was the only thing we didn’t have, but wanted, so that will be a plus for future trips. We plan to go back to the area to do a few more things and will definitely choose to stay here again.

Peaceful and Relaxing!!

The Cabin/RV area was very quiet and peaceful even though there were other families there. Ken (the owner) was great including immediate phone calls. The Cabin was great, clean, and comfy. If you need a few days away, rent one of the Cabins!!!

Cool Cabin

It was surprise by this little cabin. I say little, it can sleep 4 and has a full kitchen and bath. We really enjoy our stay and look forward to returning. Ken (the owner) and his wife have a real diamond here. You can see the passion they have put into this property. I strongly recommend that if your looking to visit the Buchanan/TN river area. Give this property a look. Great value and just an awesome place.
