Welcome to Swan Bay Cabins, nestled in the foothills of Buchanan, TN and encircled by natural beauty and an abundance of wildlife. Our brand-new cabins make a perfect getaway for any occasion. When you rent one of our charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabins, you will appreciate their rustic “all-wood” construction and clean, welcoming design. Each cozy cabin is furnished with all the amenities you will need to relax including TV, full kitchen, heating and air conditioning and a spacious shower. Swan Bay Cabins is the perfect place to enjoy nature in their beautiful, woodsy setting. Want to include your furry friend during your stay? Bring them along as our cabins are pet-friendly.


Swan Bay Cabins are conveniently located 1.8 miles from Paris Landing Marina, in fact; we are one of the closest cabin rentals to Paris Landing Marina and just minutes away from Kentucky Lake. We have plenty of boat parking too.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Ken the owner took time to come and check in on us to make sure everything was perfect and accommodating. The campground was private and quiet during our stay. We would definitely stay there again when visiting that area.

Family Reunion at Paris Landing State Park

Last minute reservation due to a logistical mix-up. Location is great with a very short drive to Paris Landing. Cabin is clean and situated at the back of a small RV park. Local road is great for early morning walk with the dogs.

Peaceful Weekend Trip

This cute little one bedroom cabin was super clean! We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, and very close to Paris Landing Lodge Restaurant when we didn’t want to cook! The area is so peaceful, and we were able to bring our 2 small dogs with us, which always gives us peace of mind. We would definitely return!

The wife and I got a wild hair and decided to make a quick get away after all of our Christmas festivities. Swan Bay was the perfect present to the both of us. We will be back for sure.

Fishing tournament

We had a great time at Swan Bay in the lottle cabins. It was perfect for us. No issues and perfect with plenty of parking for boats. We will definitely be back!
