The space
This cozy bungalow right off the shores of Lake MI shows off its beautiful old hardwood floors and unique features with plenty of natural light through the many windows and french doors that open to the sunrise over Muskegon Lake. Quiet and tucked away behind a commercial building we only have neighbors on one side, the fence beyond the spacious backyard is sidewalk on the opposite side and leads right to Lake MI and eventually the Pier and Pere Marquette beach park.
Guest access
Guests can access the whole house and the entire backyard. The front seasonal porch is a great place to spend a peaceful evening with a view and the sound of the waves or wake up to a beautiful sunrise with a cup of coffee and sunrays shining in on you!
Other things to note
If you'd like to BBQ or have a fire at night you will find chairs and BBQ equipment near the back door on the shelves.

Going to the beach? You can find 6 beach towels, a beach blanket, beach toys, beach chairs and a cooler behind the back door on the wall to the left

Raining or just want a night in? You can find cards and board games located in the dinning room, under the middle widow cushion! Kids toys and coloring books in the second bedroom closet

The washer and dryer are located in the basement and you can find a couple baby items located down there as well....a pack-n-play, high chair and toddler potty
