Cozy Smart home - Yard Games - Remote Work setup - Speaker System - Custom light setup
The space
The Cozy House is equipped with color-changing lights that you can easily be customized with the wall-mounted tablet.
Resort-like backyard with yard games and ambient lighting
Natural light through the day, and mood lighting at night.
Water filtration system to get rid of the gross Arizona water taste
There are 3 Aux/Bluetooth systems, Office+kitchen, Masterbedroom, Living room with surround sound movie setup
Guest access
Just pull right up in the driveway or street parking. There is a smart keypad on the door.
Other things to note
Cali King bed in the master bedroom that has an adjustable base (the back and feet can move with the remote control)
The AC is so good and you're welcome to run it as much as you like
Working remotely? I got you covered with monitors, keyboard, and mice
Some concerns from past people:
The natural lighting is so good that you WILL wake up with the sun (6:20 AM)
