Welcome to our renovated, modern 1-bedroom (2 total beds), 1 bath mountain condo. Centrally located in the heart of Fraser, Colorado, our fully remodeled condo offers modern convenience while being minutes away from world class skiing, hiking, fishing, and other outdoor adventures! The Fraser/Winter Park Amtrak Train Station is a 15 min walk (DEN Union Station - Fraser/Winter Park) to the condo!

Our condo sleeps 4 guests - the bedroom has a queen size Tuft & Needle Mattress and the living area couch is a queen pullout bed. The kitchen is fully renovated with new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked. Other kitchen items include an automatic coffee maker, toaster, and air fryer. The living room has a 55 inch high definition Samsung TV with standard Comcast cable as well as a Roku device for streaming. High speed Wi-Fi internet is capable of handling high-definition streaming and videoconferencing.

The updated bathroom offers a spa-like rain shower head and handheld shower handle.

The bedroom has a separate reading nook, dedicated dresser and closet. A separate 32 inch high definition Samsung TV also has standard Comcast cable.

Outdoor patio chairs offer a serene place to sip your coffee and look at amazing views of Byers Peak, Winter Park Ski Resort, and the Continental Divide.

There is a dedicated, locked ski locker that guests may use on the bottom floor of the building as well as a coin operated washer/dryer. Condo amenities also include a year-round hot tub and seasonal (summer) heated pool. There is also a common use playground/park, outdoor gazebo/picnic area, and charcoal grill available for use.

The condo is steps away from the Fraser River Trail, a 5 minute walk to Safeway grocery store and the free bus line (Winter Park Lift). Downtown Fraser is a short 10 minute walk with several restaurants, shops, and breweries/distillery!

Lovely spot for a weekend retreat!
I would stay again for so many reasons! The location, open concept, easy access to the shuttles and town, hot tub and the friendly and smooth communication with Andy (the owner). Would recommend!

The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, on the Winter Park LIFT bus line and is a short few minute walk to Safeway Grocery store. Downtown Fraser is a quick 10 min walk away with restaurants, breweries, and distillery/winery!

Our condo is newly renovated and has fully stocked kitchen. We also have a ski locker guests may use as well as a common use hot tub (open year round) and heated swimming pool (open seasonally during summer).
