On Broadway Chico is a charming, newly renovated historic estate that encapsulates the aesthetics and architectural designs of the 1920s. The estate possesses a classic ambiance and the necessary amenities to enjoy a comfortable lodging experience. Originally built in 1904 it was remodeled by famed architect Julia Morgan - of Hearst Castle fame - in 1922. The recent renovation took place from 2016 to 2018. On Broadway is a hidden gem in the heart of the historic Barber District, and within walking distance to downtown. Upon arrival, the estate welcomes you with century old palm trees that take you back in time. In the home you will find gorgeous gathering spaces including the elegant Ballroom, the Conservatory, a large state-of-the-art kitchen, a comforting media room, three en suites, plus the bonus Parlor with full bath. These spaces are perfect for any event lodging due to their size and versatility to host an array of needs.

This property offers even more than you are expecting! Our family was thoroughly impressed and thrilled to have the opportunity to stay here! Kasia was such a delight to communicate with and a very attentive host. The weekend we spent here will remain a memory in our family's milestones as we celebrated our youngest child's graduation. My father, kids and husband kept thanking me over and over for finding this house for our stay...all the appreciation goes to you, Kasia!
