Mission Beach is your typical Californian beach community. With its laid back vibe, it is one of the most visited beach destinations in the United States.
From surfing to sailing, world class restaurants and bars.
This is the spot for a wonderful getaway. We are only 7 minutes to the Gas Lamp and Down Town. As well as Shelter Island which is famous for its Marina's and live music venues. Coronado with the famous Hotel Del is also close by.

No parking spot included. Street/public parking only:
Parking on El Carmel (east of mission blvd) is the best place for street parking. You can park there overnight.

NOTE: street sweeping days on W side of mission Blvd are Mon & Thurs from 8AM-10AM. Street sweeping days on the E side of the blvd are Tues & Fri from 8AM-10AM. If your car is parked there during those times they will issue you a $60 (approx) citation. *Subject to change - pay attention to signs*

Bird, Wheels, & Lime are great apps to download for public scooter transportation. Do not ride them on the boardwalk, you could get fined

Uber & Lyft are great apps if you prefer to have a driver

Bicycles, rollerblades, and skateboards are also a great way to get around Mission Beach, and our adjacent beach community, Pacific Beach.

Rules:
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home. GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
3. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm no earlier than 24 hours in advance.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach gear - such as towels, chairs, any toys or ice chests (if applicable). If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn't a prior approved late checkout.
11. NO glass is permitted in the hot tub. No sand in the hot tub.
12. No parking spot included. No refund given for no parking.

Check out instructions:
— Remove trash from the kitchen and place in trash bins located outside.
— Please put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher with a dish soap pod and press start.
— Leave used towels on bathroom floor | Leave bedding As-Is. Do not make the bed.
— Make sure the hot tub cover is on.
— Turn off the air conditioner/heater. Return remotes to holders.
— Please return all beach toys and games to where you found them.
— Make sure all doors and windows are locked upon leaving. Please turn off all lights.

Property Appearance:
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)
