About this property

Cedar Sunsets - 4 bed, 4 bath, Beach Block

Make memories at this beautiful, new beach home with private pool. Only 4 houses to the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Close to many wonderful restaurants. Beautifully appointed spacious open-concept living area. Fully appointed kitchen and dining room to seat eight comfortably. Three roomy king bedrooms, two that are en-suite and each has their own amazing porch. Another king bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a twin over full bunk room.

Located on the highly desirable north end of AMI, our home is 4 houses to the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants, ice cream shops and bars.

We have 3 private parking spots. On the corner of Gulf and Willow Avenues (one block north of Cedar Ave) are both Northbound and Southbound stops on the free Anna Maria Island Trolley. The trolley travels the whole length of the island.

Great beach house!

Beautiful home within a few steps of one of the best beaches in the country. Great pool & hot tub. Well decorated all around. Fun upstairs balcony & terrace out back.

Very comfortable pool area! Plenty of chairs and the pool has a built-in hot tub. The owners provided instructions so that we could adjust for Hot Tub use, etc.Bedrooms were very comfortable with two upstairs and two downstairs. Numerous guests commented on how comfortable the beds were.
