This cozy modern, sun-drenched apartment offers a tranquil residential vibe alongside quick, easy access to the downtown areas. Admire the crisp, contemporary decor of the open-plan living space. Locally owned coffee shops and restaurants close by. The bathroom is stocked with luxury shampoos, conditioners, bath products and more!

We are conveniently located in walking distance from Grove Park shopping plaza with Publix, CVS, Dominos, Publix Liquor and more! You can also take a stroll to the nearby McDonalds! We have a laundry mat just down the street for all your laundry needs! **Please be aware that there are two short term rentals on the property. So please do not block the driveway. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
