Obi's Adobe, .5 to The Railyard, Stylish 2 Bedroom Adobe, Dog Friendly
Obi, our King Charles Cavalier says, "this is a perfect place to sit and enjoy your quiet evenings or early morning coffee." It has chic modern style with that Santa Fe touch and has all the comforts of home with an open feel floor plan. This is the perfect week-end getaway spot. Great size for a family of four, a couple, or just a couple of friends visiting Santa Fe! 1/2 mile walk to The Railyard, 1 mile walk to The Plaza!
About The Space
The living room is a great place to curl up and watch tv on a large flat screen, with lots of cable channels, or to read a book with a cozy blanket. In the front entryway there is a home device to play music at your command, and is a great space to leave your coat, shoes, or other (ski) goodies all year round. Past the living room is a dining table with leather covered bench cushions, beautiful art, and a stand-alone bar, for pre-drinks before heading out. It connects to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances on one side, and a door leading directly to the grill for convenience when you want to BBQ.
On the other side of the living room are two bedrooms and a bathroom in between. The bathroom is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need it. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. Both have white linens and lots of natural light from the windows, which makes the space clean, inviting, and fresh. The larger bedroom has a nice size closet, with ironing board, and each bedroom has bedside lamps with USB ports for convenient cell phone charging. Window covers offer total blackout options. The master bedroom is closer to the main road, but the Adobe walls, and the patio being in between, offer very effective sound proofing. For those extremely light sleepers, that are effected by any noise at all, I provide ear plugs, and a high-end white noise machine.
This Adobe House is in the best location, just 1/2 mile from The Railyard District and close to best restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, Farmer and Artisan Markets, and entertainment. In fact, there is a liquor store at the end of the same block, and a fantastic local restaurant called “The Tune Up Café” walking distance. It is open until 10pm (later by Santa Fe standards) and they take pets on the patio, have great drinks, deserts, breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, and all at an affordable price. It is favored among locals and tourist alike!
This is a perfect unit to book for a weekend getaway or to make your regular rental spot here in Santa Fe. Great location and lots of amenities! Book Today!
