The completely renovated condo offers Native American and Spanish elements such as warm sun-washed colors reflecting the Southwestern style. Exposed beams, leather furniture, bright woven textiles, and wood tile floors give a warm atmosphere with a rugged elegance. The rainfall shower will be your favorite place to unwind after shopping on the plaza. The natural slate and turquoise stone gives the feeling of bathing in nature. Enjoy cozy evenings by the kiva fireplace which has electric logs that provide heat and ambience before retiring to one of the two charming bedrooms which includes therapeutic queen size memory-foam mattresses and flat screen televisions. Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed this property. It was clean, beds were comfortable, it was in a good location, and the kitchen was quite nice. We also enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and the kiva fireplace (not a wood fireplace, though). We enjoyed visiting in the living room and playing games around the nice kitchen table. It provided just the right amount of space for four people. The only concerns might be that the complex itself was a bit noisy at times, the bedrooms were right across from each other and didn't offer quite as much privacy as other homes might, and the bathroom setup was sometimes tricky with everyone sharing a shower, but we knew the last part going in. It might be important to know that you won't be able to open the condo door until a few minutes after check-in time, so don't be alarmed if it doesn't open at first. However, the host answered immediately to explain this issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Excellent Santa Fe Option

Just under 2 miles from the square, this charming little condo was just the ticket for our Christmas in Santa Fe. We were out of the tight street, heavy traffic city center. But we had easy access to all of that when we wanted it. It's just off of St. Francis Drive, so it's easy to get to other locations from there as well and it's a quick exit in and out of town. It was clean and had everything we could have wanted. The beds were comfortable. The ambiance of the kiva was nice. Warmer weather would offer nice experiences on the patio. The host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Two thumbs up!

We currently live in Earlysville, Virginia and have been travelling to New Mexico since the 1980s timeframe. We had a strong desire to own property in the Santa Fe area and found this location to be very desirable.

Why they chose this property

The first time we visited New Mexico in the late 1980s, we fell in love with the beauty of the southwest, the climate, and the New Mexican cuisine. We also enjoy being outdoors and this state offers many activities such as hiking, skiing, fishing, birding, and opera. There are also many scenic drives throughout this state that offer magnificent landscape and mountain views. There is a reason this state is known as the "Land of Enchantment."

What makes this property unique

This property was a fixer upper and has been beautifully renovated. It is an end unit with large windows that provide lots of southwestern sunshine. There are mountain views and it is located within a 5 minute drive to the downtown Santa Fe Plaza, where there are many fabulous stores and restaurants.
