The condo was great! Views from balcony were fabulous. Had issue with the dryer, the manager immediately responded and took care of the problem.

Good location, nice condo, some parking issues

Very easy check-in and nice facility. Contacted maintenance about a broken door which they would fix after our departure. Parking on 4 July overfilled/double parked and Premium Parking stated they could only issue warnings to non-guests, and guests would have to park somewhere else. This was frustrating after paying to park

The location and view were nice but the condo was dirty when we arrived and there were roaches in the kitchen. The ceiling fans were so dusty thar the dust was settling everywhere just from having the fans on. Thankfully there's a local Walmart where we were able to buy cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect. The dining room chairs are terribly stained. There are huge mirrors in the living room that were also dirty. The laundry door was nearly falling off the rails. The balcony was also dirty and full of bugs and there were sunflower seeds on the floor from a previous guest. There were also long hairs hanging in the shower and hair stuck to the towels. And the shower curtains were dirty. The floor was full of sand. Clearly the property is well-dated overall but there's no excuse for not deep cleaning between guests.
