Make the Villa your basecamp for outdoor adventures while also enjoying the great indoors of this stunning 3500 sqft. home. Amenities include an all-season outdoor hot tub, reading nook with library, rooftop deck, giant main level deck, media/game room, fully-equipped kitchen and a treetop crow’s nest balcony that is perfect for quiet morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The Villa sits directly on Blowing Springs park, the Back 40 and Blowing Springs Loop trail system, and the Razorback Greenway. In addition to being on world-class singletrack mountain bike trails, the Villa sits directly on Blowing Springs park. Wander down to the Gear Garden (open April through October) for a post-ride beer and live local music. It’s all right in the Villa’s backyard!

MAIN LEVEL

GREAT ROOM: LIVING

Part of the main level great room, the living room offers a cozy conversation area that adjoins the kitchen and dining area. A 30-foot wall of windows floods the entire great room with natural light and provides a view of the backyard tree canopy.

GREAT ROOM: DINING

Dinner for 16? No problem. The Trail Town Villa was built to accommodate large groups. The dining room features a large dining table that comfortably seats 10. The kitchen island is nearby with a bar-height counter that seats six.

GREAT ROOM: KITCHEN

A fully equipped kitchen completes the modern, light-filled great room. The Villa’s kitchen features stainless steel Frigidaire Gallery appliances, a huge kitchen island with seating for six, gas cooking range with pancake griddle and convection oven, as well as a fully stocked coffee station. You’ll also find plenty of small appliances to cook up your favorite recipes, including an InstantPot, waffle iron, electric kettle, 4-slice toaster, blender, slow cooker and more.

OFFICE

The Trail Town Villa is ideal for remote work, with a home office that includes two workstations and a comfy sofa that is also a pullout bed. Large windows make this office cheery and bright all year round. The Villa has Cox Gigablast high-speed internet so you can get your work done fast and get back to the fun!

One of two primary suites, the Main level suite features a king size bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors lead directly onto the Villa’s enormous back deck overlooking the backyard, trails and Blowing Springs park.

Sliding glass doors lead out to the crow’s nest balcony overlooking the backyard, trails and Blowing Springs park.
