As you arrive to Mulligan Manor you'll find parking in the driveway for 3 vehicles. Enter through the front door using a smart lock and you'll find a beautiful open concept home with vaulted ceilings and large windows drawing in the natural light.

The dining room greets you first with seating for up to 6 at the main table but an additional 4 seater table in the breakfast nook and 3 barstools at the kitchen bar top.

The kitchen is open to the living/dining/breakfast nook area making it perfect for entertaining the whole group. Our kitchen is well stocked for all of your baking and cooking needs and also has a large pantry for food storage.

The living room is cozy with plush couches to relax on while streaming on the smart TV and warming up to the gas fireplace. Feel free to bust out a few board games and get the whole group engaged in the fun.

Venturing out to the back patio where you'll want to spend a lot of your time, you'll find a brand new private hot tub, small fire pit to roast some smores, charcoal grill/smoker & patio furniture. Feel free to let the pup run through the backyard because it's all fully fenced in.

Gravitating back inside you'll find a fun spot to entertain in the garage where we've got a ping pong table, bike storage and bike tooling station. Feel free to open up those garage doors on a nice day and let the fresh air roll in. We also have a hose on the right side of the home for bike washing.

Of course we can't forget the 4 bedrooms inside!

The primary bedroom has a plush king size bed, designated work station, smart TV for streaming, LARGE walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features soaking tub, walk-in marble shower and dual sinks. You'll find the high chair and pack-n-play in the primary closet.

The bunk room is across the hall, has 4 cozy twin beds that are bunked and has it's own full bathroom accessed from the hallway. You can also find lots of kids toys and games in the bunk room closet.

On the other side of the home are the other two bedrooms that share a jack-n-jill style full bathroom with access directly from each bedroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of closet space while the other has a king size bed, lots of closet space as well and a smart TV for streaming.

Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days of arrival and after booking is confirmed. Instructions given after booking. These amenities are not free but you are given access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. Costs of activities can be found on the Bella Vista POA website.

*We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

*We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

*All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

*The charcoal grill is provided but guests will need to bring their own charcoal & lighter fluid.

*If you're traveling with your furry friend we ask that they aren't left unattended unless they're in a kennel, do not allow them on the furniture or beds, and please pickup pet waste before you leave. We only allow 1 pet up to 75 lbs.

Quiet community that is very bike friendly and easy walking distance to all of the Metfield Recreational Area (golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, basketball, biking, playground, etc).

We're just 1/4 mile off the mountain biking trails with Rago & Mulligan being the closest trail head! We're also about 1.5 mile from Lake Brittany.
