We had such a great time! Would definitely look to stay at the house again - we had 3 couples and the layout gave each couple their own space, plus the living areas. We never felt crowded! Location was good, responsiveness to questions prior to check in was great. I’m looking forward to our next trip!

We celebrated Grandma and Grandson birthdays here and had a great time. The kids had a wonderful time with the games and we all enjoyed movie night on the comfortable couch together. The hot tub was fun for the kids and relaxing for the adults and towels were supplied. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk in and the kids brought their bikes. The spaces were big and very nicely decorated with lots of blankets to use. The kitchen had everything we needed, but a kureg coffee maker would have been appreciated. We would defintely come here again in the future.

The house is exactly like the pictures…PERFECT!! Less than a 5 min drive to Main Street. The host checked in to make sure everything was good at check-in. The fact that this house has 4 bathrooms for 8 women was wonderful. I love that the house had EVERYTHING we needed and more, especially in the kitchen. We couldn’t locate the large trash bags, host responded where to look, but must not have been restocked. In less than 30 min 3 boxes were delivered on the front porch. My next visit to Fredericksburg this is the place we would definitely stay!!

Beautiful and peaceful

The property was beautiful and so relaxing! Not far from Main Street but far enough to not feel like you’re in the middle of town. The house had everything you could need and is kept up so well! It is the perfect place for a getaway! We will definitely be back!

Great space with plenty of rooms to accommodate our party. Clean. Hot tub, back yard and game room were so nice to have for when we were relaxing at the house. Short walk to town. Lovely neighborhood to walk through. We would stay here again if we had another large party.

Great House and location in a quiet neighborhood

The property was perfect for five ladies. Very clean and spacious home which was well stocked. The large makeup mirror in the master bedroom was perfect for us ladies. Enjoyed the patio area and game room. The management was very prompt in responding to all my questions. We will definitely stay there when we return.

There is are reasons Nicole is a premier host. The property description was very accurate, communication was prompt and professional, the property was very clean and welcoming, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The game room with pool table and shuffleboard game provided both friendly competition and relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Nicole was very considerate of special circumstances which was sincerely appreciated. All of us were very pleased, thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and highly recommend this property. We would definitely book again when visiting Fredricksburg.
