The place is perfect! Good location and all the amenities of home! It has everything you could need to go to the beach.I would stay there again for sure. The property managers were a text away with answering any questions that came up.

My 16-year-old and I stayed here during his school vacation break from NH, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the property and location. Matt, the property manager, was fantastic and super responsive. I can't wait to get back to ST. John would love to stay at this property again if it's available.

Beautiful Villa close to Cruz Bay

Beautiful Villa close enough to Cruz Bay to be able to sample restaurants and shopping but gave you the feel of being out of the city. Villa was well appointed and matched the description. Easy to get to by car. Pleasant grounds including hot tub. Sitting on their deck with coffee in the morning or afternoon drink was sublime. Highly recommend Villa Isabelle

Villa Isabelle did not disappoint!

The wrap around patio, rooftop patio, table large enough for family game night, amazing outdoor shower as well as the well appointed kitchen were all highlights of this property. Communication with the host and property manager were great. We loved returning here from morning beach and hiking time for a mid day siesta in the shade on the patio before hitting the beaches again in the afternoon. Will miss viewing the night sky from the rooftop patio. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Christmas vacation

We are a family of four and stayed during Christmas. The host was very attentive and kind. The place was well stocked and everything needed for a day out at the beach or exploring the island was provided ie. Beach chairs, cooler etc. great location, wonderful hot tub at the end of the day was awesome! Thank you, would love to visit again!

Great Location

Ausra's home is a quiet part of the island, but central to nearly everything you will want to access. Plenty spacious for two couples. Great kitchen for cooking if you prefer to eat in vs out. Check in and checkout were easy. Nice that they offer a car on the property. Their property manager Matthew was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Would definitely recommend to someone visiting the island.

Traveled to St John for a family wedding and stayed here with my wife and my parents. Ausra was a fantastic host and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay. Excellent location close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the wrap around porch and the views it provides. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Fantastic stay, great host and relaxing get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabelle. Everything was top notch. The location was perfect for us (so close to downtown, but far enough to be super quite and enjoyable at night). The deck overlooking the pond was our favorite spot where we could enjoy the sunrise each morning. It was super nice to have the kayak and paddle boards available to venture out into the pond and through the small passage into Chocolate Hole. The host was exceptionally helpful providing quick answers to all our questions before our arrival. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone traveling to St. John.

Great house in quiet St. John neighborhood

My family of 4 and I enjoyed our stay in the quiet neighborhood of Chocolate Hole in St.John. We could walk to the Bay in just a few minutes or paddle from the pond. The house was welcoming, clean, and we loved the view from the porch. Ausra was a fantastic host and she provided us with all the tools to travel to a day at the beaches around St. John. What an amazing island!

Beautiful Quiet Slice of Paradise on St. John

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Isabelle! This property is well maintained, has a nice view and the Villa was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great location for a family. The neighborhood is quiet with a market and gas station nearby. The market was perfect for picking up dinner supplies after a lovely day exploring the gorgeous Virgin Islands National Park. The unique outdoor shower in the master bathroom was a real treat. We had breakfast on the roof every day and enjoyed the fantastic view. The night sky was breathtaking. The pond really sparkled under the moon light. We would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation

Our stay with Ausra in the beautiful Villa Isabelle was the best vacation we have had! She was the perfect host, as well as a beautiful person. The villa was not only immaculate, but decorated with an island flair. The huge surrounding deck was completely ours, and it overlooked a fabulous yard as well as the beautiful surrounding mountains and Chocolate Hole Pond by the bay. I was completely obsessed with our outdoor shower! It is magnificent! When we return to St John next year we will be returning to Villa Isabelle. Thank you Ausra for our stay in Paradise.

Beautiful Property, but several maintenance issues hampered our enjoyment.

Positives: Beautiful location and property, very close to Cruz Bay. Negatives: Water pressure and temperature were an ongoing problem that I had to contact the property manager and owner on daily, with no real resolution. Many times we had zero water pressure, including the last 12 hours of our stay with no functional faucets or toilets. We ended our trip having to leave out ice to melt so we could brush our teeth! The house has 3 units, and all were rented while we were there. So perhaps full occupancy equates to no water? Something to consider... Also had the first 3 days with no functioning oven that took 2 different technicians to figure out it was a breaker that must have been tripped prior to our arrival. So between plumber and electrician visits, as well as the renters on the floor below us walking across our balcony several times to access their unit the first day, we didn't experience serenity or privacy. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay, which is a shame with all the potential for this property. I will say the owners did offer a small compensation for our "inconveniences", but I would not stay here again.
