Quiet 55 and over community with large community pool, fitness center, yoga, 100 seat movie theater and 9 hole putting course. Close to golf courses, El Paseo, Acrisure arena and restaurants. Home has a casita with full bath and outside entrance. Cozy den with recliners and large screen TV. Large Primary Suite with large walk in shower and walk in closet. Wonderful south facing view with mountain views.

Lovely home!

This home was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed using the clubhouse pool, playing badminton and cornhole, and dinner at their restaurant was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

Enter gated neighborhood. Parked in attached garage. Spacious kitchen and living room. Master bedroom and bath were excellent. Nice patio to sit out on. Casita is really nice. We fully enjoyed our stay. As first-time hosts they were great.

Beautiful home!

My husband and I stayed here for our annual trip to enjoy golf, Modernism show, hiking and time with friends. This is in a great location, central to great golf, restaurants, hiking and other activities. The home is beautiful, very clean, quite functional, comfortable and well appointed. The bed in the master was super comfortable. Michael and Melinda were very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is very nice with great clubhouse amenities. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Highly recommend.

come and enjoy our vacation home! We love our new home and hope you will too. we are golfers and there are many fantastic golf courses within a few minutes of the home. Come enjoy the large pool and welcoming community center with movie theater and restaurants. You will absolutely love the convenience to El Paseo and all the restaurants available to you. Hiking is near by and, if you like Disneyland, it's a 2 hour drive from the desert. Our favorite restaurant is Tropicale, in Palm Springs, about 25 minutes away. Have great food in an old time Palm springs environment.

A wonderful location in the hear of Palm Desert, 25 minutes from the airport and close to restaurants, golf, hiking and more. Acrisure arena is 15 minutes away as is McCallum theater.

Villa Portofino is a quiet 55 and older community where you can relax by the pool, exercise at the gym or watch movies in the theater. Grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses are all within 5 minutes of the home. This is a single family home without connecting walls
