Sleeps 40+ people. Perfect multi-family vacation spot with an amazing view. Large bedrooms w/ private bathrooms & two bunk rooms used for kids to sleep/play. Designed with something to do for all ages. Movie theatre and stage for plays/karaoke, hot tub on back deck, play kitchen, playhouse, slide, arcade games, ping-pong, foosball. Two structures for those that may need extra space. Community pools, full gym, and private beach access. Direct access to mountain trails for ATVs and walking trails. Every room has its own bathroom and TV.

Fantastic and perfect house for our family reunion. We didn’t have the best weather so we were so grateful for such a beautiful, clean, bright, well equipped and comfortable house to spend the week in. Lots to do for the kids and adults. Plenty of space. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful house and fit out needs just right. As always we could always like something cheaper but for what we got and what they offered it cannot be beat. Would rent there again in a heartbeat.

This beautiful property is a slice of heaven! We just finished our family reunion and I didn’t hear one complaint about anything! Some of the extra things that made it amazing was all the space, the garage where we could put all of our stuff instead of hauling it inside, the kids loved the drinking fountain and the and the parent did too because we didn’t have cups everywhere!!! The kids play area, theatre and arcade room was a plus plus plus!!! Also access to the private beach, private side-by-side trails and the club house, simply amazing!! Every-time I had a question the owner was quick to reply which helped out tons and very helpful. The location was so convenient to everything we had planned and the views from every direction is stunning!! To wake up every morning to see my favorite color Bake Lake aqua blue started my day with a smile!! Highly recommend this beautiful peace of property and you will not be disappointed!! AAA

Wonderful house! Perfect for our family reunion! Clean and well organized. Lots of gathering space for large groups.We had an issue with the AC (the previous guest had messed up the schedule) and Mike responded very quickly and kept in contact until things were resolved.Lots of amenities that we didn’t expect, beach towels were provided, two kayaks, plenty of spices in the pantry,, TP, paper towels, plastic cutlery, etc.The only things I could recommend would be more than one key fob because large families separate out and managing the single key fob for access to the gym, pool, and beach was challenging. Also, neither house has an iron, though we did find an ironing board. Lastly, lifejackets for the kayaks would be awesome, or a note in the listing to encourage guests to bring their own. Luckily, we had some of our own so we were able to safely enjoy time with the kayaks.Overall, great experience! Great communication! And great amenities! We loved the theater room for movie time with grandpa and our family talent show! We will rent again!

Great place to stay!

This house is everything that it say it is! Newer well stock with appliances and things that you would think of. We had our family from 7 to 83 and everyone enjoyed it. Would go there again.

50th Anniversary For My Parents

This was a great location to celebrate my parents' 50th Anniversary! There was plenty of space and so many amenities! I was really impressed with how much thought and effort went in to putting this house together. I highly recommend this space, especially for large gatherings!

Great experience! Fantastic property. Was a perfect venue for a family reunion! Amazing views. Huge theater room was perfect for family gatherings. Can't beat the views from the hot tub on the deck! Private beach was nice and convenient.
