Loved the fenced backyard, was great for my dog. The gazebo was nice to sit and enjoy the day. Great idea to have doggie poo bags & trash for them in the backyard also. The plants were so pretty and we loved walking around town and at the various parks..Only disappointing thing was only 1 washrag in the bathroom. Other than that, it was a very nice place

great place, Clean and pretty quiet area. Nice neighborhood.
the apartment was nice and well decorated. i wasnt given any check out instructions so I wasn't quite sure what to do when I left. Also the locks on the door were confusing and didn't always actually lock so it didn't feel super secure. there were ants in the kitchen. the road it is on is very narrow so it can be hard to get in and out of the parking spaces. but overall it wasn't a bad stay for the budget at all.

I got into the building but could not get into a room, I had to find a hotel. You took my money. Expedia really let me down. What a shame.
This property is located on a low-traffic street just off Main Street. While it it close to Main Street, I didn't hear any traffic noises, day or night. It is a very short walk to the downtown area, and a 10-15 minute walk to the edge of the university campus. Access to I-75 is easy, too. If you're planning to attend an event at the performing arts center, however, you will need to drive.
The building is older, but very well maintained, which just added to the character of the place (think higher ceilings, for instance). The unit itself was spotless and pleasantly decorated. There were flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, which had a comfortable mattress. The bedroom is in the back, which further insulates it from noise. The kitchen was equipped with a Kuerig (coffee and tea pods, included), silverware, dinnerware and glassware. There's also a gazebo in the back which is available to guests. The stay was in the middle of a heat wave (90+ temps each day), but the A/C had no problem keeping the unit very cool. The Wi-Fi was easy to access and speedy.
I'd stay here again!
