This is a prime location for boaters with easy, direct access to intracoastal and a short boat ride out to the Atlantic Ocean.

This bay front home is on 1 acre of lush natural keys habitat. Coconut Palms, Sea Grape Trees, Silver Buttonwoods, Bouganvilla's are abundant throughout the property, creating a canopy of greenery in a secluded setting. This home has been in the owners’ family since 1950!

1st Bedroom - King Bed & a pull out chair with twin-cot size mattress for small children

2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed

2 Bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combined and one with a shower.  (NOTE: Both bathrooms are inside each bedroom).

Queen sleeper sofa in living room. (Living Room has a barn door that closes for privacy).

Enclosed patio with Flat Screen TV, lounge seating, bar and table with 6 chairs.

Boat Basin and area for Swimming/Snorkeling. Can bring up to a 30 foot boat.

Manatees frequent the area so please be on the lookout!

PLEASE NOTE:

No more than 4 adults and 3 children at any give time on the property. If this number

is exceeded guests will be asked to leave and no refund given.

DOGS - 2 maximum. When requesting to book

please provide breed of dog and weight. There is a non refundable pet

fee depending on how many dogs, breed and weight.

Do not store fish or bait for fishing inside the refrigerator of freezer.

The coral reefs can be found “OFFSHORE” and cannot be reached

from the shore and require a boat or other means of transportation to

reach.

We want to inform you that surveillance cameras are installed outside

the premises of this property. Please note that the surveillance

cameras are solely intended for enhancing the security of the property

and to protect both tenants and their belongings. We respect your

privacy and assure you that the cameras are not intended for any

invasive monitoring of personal activities within the confines of your
