Property was great! Beautiful sunset views over the gulf, restaurants right across the street, dedicated parking spot. Inside was in wonderful condition and had everything we needed for a one-month stay. The owner communicated everything clearly plus she occasionally pinged us to see that everything was fine, which it was. This is a property we will gladly search for our next trip to the Gulf Coast!

Great condo and location.

Absolutely one of the best stays we have had in Florida over many years. Condo is freshly remodeled and hard to beat the location. Restaurants, shops, and the beach are only steps away. Very quiet and peaceful area.

Spring Break 2025

This was our 9th Spring Break in Madeira Beach and by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. The condo was very nice and clean with all the comforts from home. It’s located across from John’s Pass with great food and shopping.

Great vacation

The apartment is simply great: clean, lovingly furnished and fully equipped. Communication with the landlord was straightforward and excellent. There are plenty of towels and beach items. The well-kept complex invites you to linger. Overall, a clear recommendation – we would very gladly come back!

Perfect Location & Beautiful Sunsets

This was the perfect location for our beach vacation. Walking distance to many restaurants. Steps to the beach and pool.The condo had everything we needed for our stay, and the host was very responsive.Perfect sunset view every evening.Would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful Condo!!

We enjoyed our beach vacation here so much!! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, with many amenities. They supply beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and towels. The beach view is gorgeous with a beautiful sunset!! Walking distance to Johns Pass with manyshops and restaurants!! We will plan another vacation there in the future.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! The view was beautiful, and the condo was amazingly clean, nicely decorated, and comfy.It was nice to be able to walk over to John's Pass to browse the shops and enjoy a meal. The Boardwalk Grill's chef was extremely helpful and accommodating with regard to our food allergies. (One of Adriana's recommendations.)The key code to get into the condo was a little long, but we got used to it.Needless to say, we hope to be back!Thank you, Adriana! : )

Madeira Norte stay

The condo is gorgeous as is the beach. We had a couple issues early and our host resolved them in a timely and courteous manner. Being next to John’s Pass afforded fun experiences seeing dolphins, pelicans and fishing operations. The restaurants were good and shops fun. I highly recommend this condo experience.

This was the second time we stayed in this unit. It is immaculate, very nicely decorated and the kitchen is nicely appointed. I can’t think of anything that one might need that wasn’t provided. The owner has pretty much thought of everything to make a guests stay perfect. The balcony is spacious and there is an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The owner responds quickly to any questions you might have. The location is our favorite! Madeira Norte is located across the street from John’s Pass village so we rarely get in the car. Live music from Bamboo Beach Bar is easy to hear from the balcony but isn’t loud and it ends early. Weeknights at 9 pm and Friday:Saturday at 10. A perfect week!! We highly recommend and we will be back soon.

Wonderful Stay at the Beach

We checked out this morning and what a great spot. The location on the beach was fabulous! We visited several of the area beaches and ours by the condo was the least busy and great for swimming/shelling. We found so many sand dollars! The condo provided two chairs and a sun umbrella as well as some beach toys. It was a great setup. Kitchen was perfect for some meals at home and the washer/dryer made keeping up with laundry a breeze. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed being in the condo. Adrianna was very attentive to our needs and was super easy to work with. 10/10 recommend.

Lovely Condo

We had a nice stay in this very nice newly renovated unit. It is bright, cheerful and very welcoming! The balcony is spacious. For a portion of our stay there were 4 adults and one 7 year old. The balcony provided plenty of space. The unit was a bit tight for five of us at times but only because the weather forced us to be inside which would not be the case ordinarily. Restaurants and shops are literally right across the street. We rented the unit for a week and the only reason we ever got in the car was to meet friends a few miles away. The owners were fantastic to work with. They responded quickly to all of our questions and even stopped in to help us with operating one of the TV’s. Highly recommend!!

Lovely condo, lovely view

This very clean and well cared for condo has a great view of the ocean and along Maderia Beach. It was well equipped, king bed was comfy, shower hot and powerful, checking in was easy and the parking space convenient. Good Wifi as well. Direct access to beautiful beach, which in January was never crowded. Didn't use pool but it looked nice. The balcony gets afternoon sun. The condo is directly across from John's Pass which has shops, seafood market, and lots of restaurants, we ate there a couple of times. The tiki bar does play live music apparently every day in the afternoon and evenings (stops about 10pm). You can hear it some if you are on the balcony. Adriana was a delightful to work with and very responsive.
