This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom waterfront 1st floor of a 2 story house that is 200 feet from the Atlantic Ocean.
It has a pool and a dock for a 24 foot boat. It is a ground floor house.
There is another unit on the 2nd floor with its own entrance.
There are bikes, fishing gear, Kayaks & Paddle Boards, etc... for your free use.
It is a half mile off U.S. 1 at Mile Marker 99.5 in a quiet neighborhood in Key Largo.
This is the perfect base for you diving, fishing, snorkeling adventures in Key largo.
