Fully furnished, bring your suitcase and enjoy! Great front porch for enjoying the cool breezes. Minimum renter age 25 (Homeowner Association Rules, not mine, no exceptions). Computer generated, private access code for you only, changeable by you to a 4 - 6 digit code of your choosing. Code expires at the agreed upon departure time.

Amazing Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Destin Florida. It was very clean and smelled wonderful, had anything you needed or may have forgotten. The Host was quick to answer any questions I had. Just a short walk down to the beach and it had a very inviting pool. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend.

Spring Break 2024

I took a last-minute spring break trip with my teenagers and our dog and this was the perfect spot to stay. Everything was clean and everything that we needed was there. The fenced in yard with the doggie door was a plus for a little dog. The garage was nice to have too. It was an easy walk to the beach and having the pool and hot tub right on site was very convenient as well. The host was quick to respond on any questions and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Donna and I lived here for 7 years until we moved to Colleyville, TX to be closer to the DFW airport for quicker flights to everywhere our travel jobs take us. We lived in the area for over 12 years and once had two rental house on Sandestin Resort so we are experienced at keeping guests happy.
