My spouse and I were very happy with our stay at this property. The checkin process was easy, I was able to get a hold of the host with any questions I had, the property was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We brought extra items that we thought we'd need based on where we stayed last year- and we didn't even need to use them because everything was provided! We loved how much space there was. We also had a designated parking spot in the back which was great because we don't travel light. Next year, we definitely will be rebooking this property if it's available for our yearly vacation.

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. It was close to everything, place was just as described and Kim was wonderful and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we go to Regina.

Our host was responsive and welcoming. The location was great , easy to find and easy access. The unit was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again . There are a lot of stairs to get into the unit, which may be difficult for someone with mobility issues, for us it wasn’t a problem.

Very spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Full refrigerator was good too. Great water pressure in shower and very clean bathroom. Loved the inclusion of washer and dryer!

We were really impressed with this very spacious rental. The kitchen was huge with a lovely pantry. We were looking for a large dining table with chairs. This one was perfect. The bedrooms were comfortable with lots of closet space. There was a very good supply of towels and toiletries.Parking and checkin was well explained. There was good communication with Kim. We were considering giving a 5 star rating but so many stairs up to the rental make moving our luggage tricky for us. There was a picture of the stairs I believe but perhaps some words to be certain people are aware would be helpful. Wifi was also a bit spotty but depending on what your vacation plans are this is not necessarily problematic.Thank you Kim for your hospitality.

Kim’s place was great. Close to the airport and the venue we were attending. The unit had everything we needed, including comfortable beds (one firm, one soft), eating spaces and living room furniture. The kitchen had everything we would need and more. Kim was a great host. The only thing I’d say could be improved is the echo and sound proofing. A carpet runner in the hall and area rug in the living room would go a long way. I’m sure the tenants on the lower floor would notice a difference, too. Definitely not anything that would deter me from booking here again, though. Overall it was a great space and Kim is a fantastic host.
