Our charming 3 bedroom oasis offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, providing an ideal escape for those seeking tranquility and breathtaking scenery paradise you won't want to leave. This brand-new, stylish home is nestled in the exclusive gated community of Signature at PGA West, surrounded by the renowned Stadium Course and just moments away from the iconic Coachella grounds. Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a heated saltwater pool with a hot tub, a cozy gas fireplace, an outdoor gas BBQ, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart home amenities, and awe-inspiring mountain vistas, every detail of this home is designed to perfection.
Pool heat is $50 per day. Hot tub heat is no charge to 102 degrees.
BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
Master Bedroom: includes a king-size bed, dual sink, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, 65” TV, and a direct exit to the backyard of the sparkling pool which creates a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
Second Bedroom: The second bedroom features a king-size bed with plush bedding, 55” TV, natural light, thoughtful furnishings, and a neutral color palette, providing a bright, welcoming ambiance perfect for relaxation after a day of activities.
Third Bedroom: The third bedroom, featuring two queen-size beds and 55” TV, is a versatile and comfortable space that can accommodate family, friends, or guests, with elegant furnishings and matching furnishings, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
There is an additional bathroom with a dual sink directly and an exit from the door between the 2nd and the 3rd bedroom.

Appliances: Clean stainless-steel appliances that blend modern style with modern performance grace the kitchen. A tall French door refrigerator reflects the surrounding light from its glossy surface. A touch of culinary experience is added by the built-in oven and microwave unit that are nearby, guaranteeing ease for even the most ambitious of dishes. The dishwasher is subtly hidden under the countertop. The kitchen includes 4 stools to sit by the countertop and a spacious center island. In this modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas stove, and a spacious center island come together to create a culinary space that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. There a small fitness center perfect for a light workout. Outdoor living/BBQ area, community pool, bocce ball, and shuffleboard included. (Key FOBs are provided inside the house)

4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is 5 miles, with Costco, Target, Trader Joes, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire property. The home is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
You will also have access to the expansive community pool and fitness center with state-of-the art equipment.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Certainly! In winter, our pools are a cozy 83 degrees, and the hot tub is set to a soothing 101 degrees for your comfort and relaxation.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
Discover the epitome of comfort in our furnished vacation rentals, each featuring a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities, including a microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and a Sur La Table air fryer. Cooking and serving items, from plates and bowls to utensils, can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, pots, pans, cooking sheeting, and many more are ready for your culinary adventures. The coffee maker accommodates coffee vertuo pods, and a well-stocked spice rack, salt, and pepper add flavor to your stay.
We provided bath towels, pool towels, and quality bed linens. We ensure your convenience with an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Our bathrooms offer a spa-like experience with stocked shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are complete with laundry soap and dryer sheets, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. Your relaxation is our priority—welcome to a home away from home where every detail is considered.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No, we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
WE DO:) Allow dogs for a nominal fee depending on the breed.
POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.
