Your whole group will enjoy this newly renovated, centrally located home with easy access to everything in Spokane! By historical Corbin Park & approximately 1.5 miles to Gonzaga University, downtown sports stadiums, performing arts venues, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, Riverfront Park & close to the Centennial Trail for outdoor recreation. Relax in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home & enjoy the spacious kitchen, dining room, & living room with plenty of space for people to relax and have fun!

This charming 100 year old home offers a spacious front porch and a large kitchen, a dining room that seats 8 people at the table, and a comfortable living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need and has a coffee and tea bar for that perfect start to your morning. The living room has a smart 65 inch TV with LG internet channels and a Xbox One. There is a main floor bedroom (bedroom #1) with a walk in closet and built in drawers and shelves. This bedroom also has its own private shower and bathroom. There is a main floor half bathroom as well.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a dedicated work space in bedroom #2 with a desk, computer chair, and easily accessed outlets by desk. In bedroom #3, there is a large closet and a 55 inch Smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, and an Apple TV for streaming along with over 20 channels. In bedroom #4, there is a large walk in closet. All bedrooms have queen beds in them.

Front door is accessed by four steps and the back door has one step for entry. For additional entertainment, there are board games, Blu Ray DVDs, puzzles, and books available at the house. There is off street parking in the driveway and also free parking in the street. There is free high speed internet. The washer and dryer are in the basement. A gas grill is available in backyard for cooking.

There is a garage that is on the property but not available for guest use. For your security, there is an exterior facing Ring camera placed on the front and back door.

Awesome place to stay!

The home is absolutely beautiful. It's freshly remodeled with space for your group to gather. Everything was very clean and the space was decorated with great style. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed and each space has what you need. Three bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, ample space for the crew to gather for meals or games. The host has thought of everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Why they chose this property

This home is situated in the historical Corbin Park neighborhood. It is close to the Garland District and right around the corner from beautiful Corbin Park that has a baseball diamond, basketball courts, walking trails, horseshoe pits, and new tennis and pickle ball courts in spring of 2024. In addition, this house is located only 1.5 miles from downtown and close to shopping and great places to eat!
