Manito Guest House Southhill

Refresh and relax at our recently updated bnb near hospitals, and five minutes South of downtown Spokane. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features a comfortable living room with a sectional couch and new 55-inch​ flat screen TV. There will be towels supplied for each guest and more towels located in the hallway linen closet. Also in the linen closet you will find extra sheets if needed. The sheets are made of organically grown cotton, making them extra soft and comfortable. There is an outdoor patio in the back with seating for six so you will be able to enjoy some fresh air and serenity in the outdoors.
One of the many upgrades done to this home is a new natural gas furnace and thermostat for your utmost comfort. There is also a brand new air conditioner for absolute climate control during the summer season.
You will find the kitchen stocked with all the necessities of home for enjoying in-house dining from pots and pans to silverware, glasses, mugs, and stemware. Cheers! There is a dining room table with four chairs. An additional leaf for the table is stored in a bedroom closet. There are also two extra stools available at the bar on the lower level.
On the lower level there is a rec room and a guest bedroom. In the rec room you will find a dry bar, a sofa sleeper, an additional flat screen TV, an air hockey table and a box of toys for children to discover.
If needed, there is a washer and dryer in the basement along with detergent and fabric softener sheets.
This home is within walking distance to bars and restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and a yoga studio. It is also close to beautiful, Manito Park, Rose Hill and the ​Japanese Garden and not far from the Spokane Arena. This lovely and spacious home has everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. Come​ enjoy this cozy home during your stay in Spokane.
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one closet in the basement where the owner stores the supplies for the home. There is a keypad for entry into the home and the door code will be sent the day of your arrival. Great place for golf trip headquarters

The house was perfect for our group. With four of us on a golf trip, we had plenty of space for our gear, a bed for each of us, in a great, quiet neighborhood. Tina was easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was perfect.

Great Fathers Day stay

We enjoyed our stay over Fathers Day weekend. Grandkids loved the large fenced yard as did the adults. The air hockey table was a hit as well. The home worked out very well for us, thank you for a fun weekend.

Girl's Weekend Getaway!!

It was just what we needed!! The house was welcoming and well stocked with all the amenities we could ask for!! We have a fantastic time. I highly recommend this house for a group of friends or even a small families. The back yard is total fenced in and provides much privacy.

The house was awesome! The surrounding neighborhood and park were also amazing. Tina was very easy to get ahold of. I would 1000% stay here again if I were visiting Spokane. My nephew did not want to go home lol. We all loved the house so much my mom started to look at homes around town on Zillow!

We were in town for a family funeral and this place was close and just right to lay our heads. Clean and comfortable, and the property owner quickly responded to all my messages and questions. Snacks and hot beverage packets were a bonus. Two things to note. This home may benefit if accessible bars were installed in the main bathroom, and thicker towels. Over all, we were pleased.

1st time in Spokane. The home was easy to find and check in/entry was simple without difficulty or hassle. The home was clean and up to date. The showers had great pressure and tiled beautifully. It made the basement shower feel more open than it is and relaxing to be in after a good run. There are beautiful parks nearby and access to downtown/river is just down the street.

Best VRBO Experience Yet!

We have rented several VRBO properties in the past, and this one was the cleanest, and most family friendly even for our 1 year old. It was refreshing not to worry about any knickknacks that could be easily lost or broken, and we loved that the backyard was fully fenced so all of my children could run around freely. The house had plenty of space to spread out and get comfy. The only issues we ran into were relatively small, like my niece came over to play and had an allergic reaction because of previous dogs. Also, the front bedroom is best for anyone who doesn’t mind being warmer than the rest of the house. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Stayed here with 6 college students and had such a wonderful time! Tina was great about communicating ahead of time and making sure we had enough pillows and blankets to sleep on couches. We were surprised to see that there's actually 4 bedrooms, so there was more space than we thought! Convenient bus line into downtown was helpful, too. The students enjoyed having enough space to spread out if they needed to quietly do homework or gather together to relax. Also, thanks for the snacks and coffee :)
