Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



This Phoenix VI condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. In the living room there is a queen sized sleeper sofa and two chairs that kids can sleep on as well, for sleeping up to 6. The condo has one full bath off the master. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinets. The furniture is new and the wall paintings are extraordinary! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock on the condo's front door. No more dealing with keeping up with keys!!!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The condo is very nice and updated. My only complaint were the sheets. I noticed a previous review had the same complaint. I could not tell if they were clean. Stains on the sheets. The sheets for the sofa bed were not cleaned. I did not sleep on the sheets. I purchased sheets to sleep on. The stained sheets were washed, but the stain was still there. The owner needs to invest in new sheets and stay on top of the cleaning crew about Cloroxing them. Otherwise our stay was fine.

I emailed Jill the Property Manager about our experience and no reply. So here is our review. Overall the experience was fine. The beach front was convenient and nice. The facility was nice. But an uncomfortable factor was that the linens were not clean. One of the pillows on the bed had a blood stain on the pillow case. So we put that pillow on the floor in the bedroom closet. And the flat sheet had dirt stains (brown stains) on the inside of the sheet. And lastly several of the wash clothes and one of the bath towels had various stains and tears. Again, I wanted to bring this to Jill’s attention prior to submitting a review on VRBO. Other than those listed issues, our stay was overall satisfactory.

It had everything you could want and is decorated so nicely and up to date. We sat for hours on the balcony facing the beach and ocean. We did have an issue when we arrived, and notified the rental agency. They responded in minutes and resolved the issue immediately. Can’t say enough about their excellent service. We plan on coming back soon, and would rent this unit again.

When we arrived, the floors needed to be swept. The vacuum was full, and the roller bar was encased in hair. There was black mold in the grout directly behind the kitchen faucet. The dishwasher had not been unloaded, and some of the utensils were not clean in the cabinets. The shower had dried shampoo/soap down the walls and could have been cleaned better. We found trash/dry food under/behind the sofa.

We experienced one issue that required maintenance and Jill from the rental agency had someone there to correct the issue within 30 minutes. Jill was awesome to work with and I highly recommend this one-bedroom unit for a couple. The location was perfect and across from Zeke's restaurant/ marina and down the street from Coastal.
