I am from Italian decent born in Manhattan. Both my parents were Italians. I grew up in Europe and was educated mostly in the USA. As a banker, I learned real estate investing is a solid investment vehicle. I have owned real estate from 1991 and have done only annual rentals since. This is my first furnished seasonal/short term rental. I have done a dozen flips.
My wife fosters kittens and pregnant mama cats for the Humane Society of Naples. We have two foster fails, Eva and Idalia.

I live 5 minutes from this house. This is an extremely central location and you can be anywhere within a 10 minute ride, maybe a little more in seasons.
