This condo is located on beautiful Island Estates which is 1 mile from the beach and night life. You have a couple restaurants and a grocery store right down the street from you. It’s a small condo building situated right on the water with a private deck and an awning to sit and relax. Both bedrooms have new hurricane sliding doors which gives you a beautiful view from waking up.
