We really enjoyed our stay! The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and located in a truly beautiful setting. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our time away.The host was very accommodating and made every effort to ensure that our stay went smoothly, including helping us with access to the property. We really appreciated his attentiveness and willingness to assist.Overall, we felt the property was absolutely worth the price and would definitely consider staying here again. We would highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay!

Amazing Stay in Isabela!We had an amazing time at this beautiful penthouse in Isabela, Puerto Rico! The top-floor unit had gorgeous flooring, a great layout, and felt very spacious.The 2 bedrooms being separated was perfect—it gave everyone their own space and privacy. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus and made everything so much more convenient for our group.Our host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.We truly enjoyed every moment here and can’t wait to come back!

The property surrounding are beautiful! The apartment needs minor improvements, but we were just there for the weekend and we were going in and out. Arnold was very attentive to our needs. Also, the apartment is located right off the main gate, so it very noise in the mornings with road traffic.Thank you and we had a great birthday weekend!

ARNOLDO WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO US, AND HIRAM THE HANDYMAN CAME OVER AND WAS OPEN TO ANY ISSUES WE MAY HAVE. BUT, THE CONDO DID NOT MEET OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE PICTURE SHOWING POOL/CONDOS IS NOT THE UNIT YOU GET AND IS MISLEADING. THE UNIT IS DIRECTLY INSIDE THE GATE AND FURTHEREST FROM THE POOL AND BEACH (ALONG THE MAIN ROAD WITH ASSOCIATED ROAD NOISE). THE AC UNIT IN THE FRONT BEDROOM STOPPED WORKING ON THE LAST NIGHT. THE SHOWER BASE WAS VERY STAINED ( I HAVE A PICTURE) IN ONE OF THE MASTERS, AND A HANDLE WAS MISSING FROM THE OTHER SHOWER. NIGHT STAND GLASS WAS CRACKED, PLUS ONLY ONE BAR FOR CELL COMMUNICATION ( THIS SHOULD BE MENTIONED SO PPL KNOW BEFORE THEY GET THERE). CEILING FAN SQUEAKED, AND COULD ONLY BE RUN ON THE LOW SPEED. COFFEE POT WAS FOR FOUR CUPS ONLY, AND IT BROKE ON THE LAST DAY. PLUS SADLY, THERE WERE NO LOUNGE CHAIRS AT THE POOL, ONLY CHAIRS. THE BEDS WERE VERY SQUISHY AS THE BOX SPRINGS CREATED A STRANGE MOVEMENT OF THE TOP MATTRESS. THE UNIT IS ON THE THIRD FLOOR, AND THAT SHOULD BE MENTIONED IN THE DESCRIPTION FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY WITH STAIRS.
