This quaint, chalet-style home with a vintage vibe has 3-bedrooms and 1.5-baths. There are two bedrooms on the main level and one on the upper level, and the loft area has a twin bed. An abundance of windows let in the great views and sunshine.

This home has a large wrap-around deck and a screened porch. The water is across the street but has easy access to the lakefront, plus a dock. There are stairs down to the water. No outdoor fires are permitted.

It is an easy drive to Glen Arbor for shopping, dining, and other fun local activities. Canoes and bicycles can be rented right in town. The Sleeping Bear Dunes and Lake Michigan are just minutes away. The home is 30 minutes from Traverse City.
