This condo is beautifully furnished with new appliances. The only disappointment was the unit’s description, which was “Beachfront.” It is not beachfront in that the balcony faces Perdido Pass. It is more like “beach view.” The unit itself is pretty far from the actual beach. However, the view of the Pass and boat traffic is very good, and the balcony is large and well-furnished. We were of the impression we would be facing the beach with a view of the Pass, but is was the opposite. The unit itself is very comfortable and clean.
