NEW LISTING. Villa Shore is a spacious five bedroom private beachfront Villa located on the Caribbean Sea. Large pool on the beach with swim up palapa bar and outdoor shower. Enjoy the sunrise overlooking our breezy palm tree lined beach.

Well appointed kitchen with bar. Bow Flex training equipment. Full sized washer and dryer. UV filtered 5 gal water dispenser available - water can be purchased at local stores. We provide 1 to get you started. Note: We drink the tap water.

Perfectly central to all of the treasures Belize has to offer: Sport Fishing, SCUBA, Island Hopping, Snorkeling, Hiking, Mayan Ruins and Waterfalls. Minutes from culturally rich Hopkins Village, Restaurants, Bars, Grocery Stores, Farmers Markets, and shopping.

How to get here: Southwest, United, Delta, American and others fly into Belize International Airport - BZE.

From BZE you can rent a car, we can arrange ground transportation (2hr drive each way) or you can take a "puddle jumper" flight over to Dangriga. The Maya Air flight provides great sightseeing in route to the Dangriga Airport where we can arrange transportation to Villa Shore (approx 30 mins).

This house in Hopkins was so great! Before we even arrived Rick helped us with transportation from the airport, and suggested tours and activities. Elton, a tour company owner who partners with Rick to support guests at this property, picked us up and treated us like royalty. We chose to use Elton, via Rick, for all of our tour needs during the stay. Elton was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful! A person could also rent a car and plan your own outings - it's easy to make the connections you need once you are in Belize.Hopkins is a great little town - not too touristy - with enough shops and restaurants to make it worth exploring.The house itself was clean and beautiful. The art is vibrant and a definite value-add. The pool is clean, with immediate access to the beach. The view from the living area and patio is stunning. The beach in Belize is a narrow shoreline, and unfortunately there is often garbage in the waterline. We did not find this to detract, especially since there is someone who comes to clean the pool and rake the waterline of the property each day. The only drawbacks to this property are the bugs and the road. Belize has a lot of biting insects. Bring bug spray and itch cream! While the location on the coast is fabulous, the house is in a newer development that is still reached by a dirt road. It had been pretty rutted by recent rains, but plans to pave it are in the works.We strongly recommend this property for families or groups. Enjoy!

Villa Shore is everything we had hoped for our stay and more. This home was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Ample space to hang out inside and out. Rooms and beds were comfortable and we loved sinking into the giant couch in the living room after a long day in the pool or out in excursions. The pool was perfect! We also really liked that it got shade later in the afternoon to give us a break from the sun when we needed it. Rick, the owner is amazing! He answered so many questions and set us up with Elton to pick some of us up from the airport and then helped us plan all of our excursions. He also set us up with Chef Aaron to come in to make us a couple of dinners and trust me when I say, you will not be disappointed! Such amazing flavors in all of his food and complete with a dessert at the end. If you decide to do this, go for the lobster, it was fantastic! I would highly recommend staying here, the house is amazing, the town of Hopkins has a number of great restaurants and we truly loved our 10 day trip.

Family trip

We had a great stay at this clean, beachfront home. We hired a driver for the week, planned our own excursions and hired a chef. The home is clean, well appointed and located on the beach. The closest restaurant/bar is under a 5 min walk along the beach or road. It is also the only real walkable option, as this home is currently off the beaten path a bit, and it is only open Thursday to Sunday, but Hopkins is ever expanding so this will likely change in the near future. I suggest having a car, a driver or renting a golf cart during your stay. The listing does offer access to a driver, but we had our own. Communication with the hosts and grounds keeper was great. The beds were very comfortable. AC worked well. The main living is all up one flight of high steps, so if that’s an issue for you, be aware. There are two king beds with en-suites upstairs along with a half bath, and then one king with en-suite and two queen rooms on the ground level, plus a full bath and a half. This set up worked well for our group of 9, ages 3-67. We enjoyed our stay and were quite comfortable. The doc seen in some photos belongs to the home next door. The sunrise and moon rise are pretty epic here.

Just outside of Hopkins, Belize, Villa Shore is located on Sittee Point. Sittee Point is a wonderful private neighborhood on a dead end road that parallels the beachline. We own both sides of the road at Villa Shore which provides oceanside access as well as canal access. For your Caribbean Ocean excursions, our canal allows your Belizean Guide to conveniently pick you up in a boat on our property.

We support Belizean artists by displaying and offering for sale, works from these talented artists.

We’ve partnered with some of the finest Belizean craftsmen for all of the upgrades to the beautiful woodwork seen at Villa Shore. We drove into the jungle traversing streams and rough backroads to reach the horse drawn saw mill to hand pick the certified mahogany for the 6" baseboards and other upgrades. We have recently upgraded virtually all areas of this property including adding marble tile throughout. The pool and deck were completely remodeled and resurfaced. Local artisans fabricated our bar stools and display tables from Belizean Rum Barrels. Enjoy the many wooden hand carved examples of fish that are found in the Caribbean - and on the end of your line!
