Welcome to our Colorado Classic Tri-Level Townhome! Immerse yourself in comfort with a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom haven just mins from Old Town and New Belgium and Odell breweries. Unwind in the luxurious King Bed, catch your favorite shows on the impressive 77" Samsung OLED TV, and enjoy the CO mountain air with a short walk 1 mile walk to Old Town, or relax on the 3rd floor deck complete w/ a cozy fireplace. We've eliminated all cleaning chores so you can enjoy a truly stress-free stay!



The Space:

We hope you love this space as much as we enjoyed designing it! Step inside from the crisp Colorado air but still enjoy the outdoor feel complete with Aspen trees and Rocky Mountain design! The living area is a great place to relax after a day of exploring Fort Collins and sit down in front of the 65" Samsung QLED TV on the main floor. The third floor deck is complete with great views, great furniture for large groups and an outdoor fireplace!



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, including modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining area or head outside to the private patio.

• Living room with 65" Samsung QLED TV, electric fireplace, and pull out Queen memory foam bed

• Fully loaded kitchen with all the cooking utensils you'll need and an island

• Dining table for 4 with additional seating at kitchen island

• Outdoor patio with 36" Blackstone gas griddle. Enjoy your morning cooking breakfast in the cool CO air!

Floor 2:

• Primary bedroom: King size bed with en-suite 3/4 bathroom and double vanity

• Second bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite full bathroom and private workspace

• 77" Samsung OLED TV and record player

Great stay for 2 families in town for a softball tourney. The property manager was great and so quick to respond to all questions or small issues. House was nice, clean and fully equipped with all things needed for the stay.

Everything about this property met or exceeded our expectations, especially the beds! Some of the most comfortable that we have used!
