Reserved parking spaces in the back alleyway allow easy access. Please note the fenced in back yard is for the rear home only.
Owners are typically available to answer any questions or assist with anything that may come up.
Old Town Fort Collins, the original residential area that is walking distance to both Old Town and CSU Campus.
We have 2 guest spots in the alley behind the house with a private pathway to walk around. You can also pull in from the busier street and park on the main driveway. Most fun spots are walking distance from there, but there are also bike and scooter rentals throughout town (download the Spin app), as well as Lyfts.
While there is a driveway in the front, we recommend the back alleyway parking for convenience.

Perfect Find!
This home was perfect for a family visit to our student at CSU! The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with regarding questions before our stay. We arrived to an extremely clean and very adorable house (even better than the pictures). Everything is comfortable, from the well-stocked kitchen, to easy-to-find extra towels, to family games. We were very thankful for the large dining space as the weather was much colder than expected and we ended up hosting our son's friends for a lunch inside, rather than the outdoor/ tailgate gathering that we had planned! Thank you for providing the space for a wonderful weekend (despite the cold)!

Great location, clean, noisy street traffic
This was a great property for ease of access to town and breweries. If you’re sensitive to street noise, you’ll want a white noise machine for sleeping. Otherwise it was just what we needed!

Excellent Fort Collins Experience!
A group of us were gathering to host a celebration of life for a dear from who passed recently too young from cancer. This property was a perfect location close to old town and the living/dining room area was great for a intimate dinner/gathering. Really nice, historic house. Plenty of linens provided. I would definitely recommend this property and/or stay here again.

We are CSU alums and love Fort Collins. This home allowed us to buy a piece of Fort Collins, one of our favorite places in the country. We also have a home in Winter Park Colorado vrbo #1114387.

Why they chose this property

This property is a historic Landmark, built in 1900 in the original residential area in Fort Collins. It has been 100% restored, and the location is epic. A short walk to the grocery store, 7-11, liquor store. Just a minutes walk to Old Town Fort Collins, with hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars. Also walking distance to Washingtons Music Venue. CSU is a 10 minute walk the other direction. Park your car and walk everywhere during your stay. Also great hiking, rafting, fly fishing, boating and many more activities! This is the front unit of a duplex. The co-hosts live in the back unit, and there is no access or shared spaces between the two. Please note that we utilize exterior cameras on the property for security reasons only. They are located in the back alleyway parking area, driveway, and front doorbell.
