Lake Las Vegas is the Riviera of Las Vegas! This beautiful 2 bedroom condo is on the lake in a resort-style active masterplan community voted Best Masterplan Community 2022. The immaculate and freshly painted 2-bedroom is fully furnished with gorgeous views of the community pool, hot tub, charming village shops, and Lake Las Vegas! It has a spacious new kitchen with a granite island, and stainless appliances. It features an open-plan living room and dining area. There are two large bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and its own bath and/or shower. Although there is a laundry room in the building, this condo has its own LG washer/dryer combo. You can get cozy next to the fireplace inside or enjoy the incredible views from the comfy chairs on the balcony.

Provided in the unit are beach towels for you to use on the Lake Las Vegas beach! There is also a yoga mat, a First Aid kit, and all the necessities you'll need during your stay in the condo.

The building includes a fitness room, 2 pools, a jacuzzi, underground parking, and rentable conference rooms or private lounge/party rooms. All utilities are included, featuring cable TV and internet as well! The Village at Lake Las Vegas features excellent restaurants, shops, a grocery store, water sports, nightlife, and many special events and seasonal activities.

You'll love Lake Las Vegas because it feels like you're in a quaint resort village in Italy! Lake Las Vegas is only about 20 minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip! It's about 35 minutes to the beautiful Red Rock mountain area for hiking and climbing. Very close by are a dozen hospitals and medical centers (7 miles.)

Cable service is included, which also includes Netflix and some movie channels. Internet is also provided free of charge!

Awesome stay and area

Not having the feeling your in Las Vegas, perfect spot on Lake Las Vegas plenty to do walking from the condo like bars restaurant water activities walking to with Hilton or the Westin. Grocery store on property so you don't have to drive 5 miles to a grocery store. Two pools on property underground garage parking it was just perfect for the 2 months we were here.

Home away from home

Everything about this place is a perfect getaway. It is stocked with everything you may need or forget when you go on a trip. The kitchen is stocked with all dishes and utensils, cookware and glasses etc. Nice big fridge. The view is spectacular.

Month long stay

We came to Lake Las Vegas to search for local real estate in the Vegas area. Property manager / owner Trina was amazing before and during our stay. She would let us know everything happening in the community and was always quick with a response to our queries. The condo is perfectly situated in the heart of Lake Las Vegas with excellent restaurants and shops. Sadly the casino is currently not open. Enjoyed breakfast each day on the balcony with the awesome pool and lake views. We would rent again and highly recommend others consider if they are looking in the area.

Attention needed to flooring, beds, linens, furniture & decor.

Condo ready for updates. Beds stated Queens, but they measure out to the size of Standards. Carpets and out door rug heavily stained. Non-smoking rules of the bldg. highly disregarded. Pot smokers on the this floor very prevalent every day.Lake Las Vegas is a beautiful area to stay. The Village this bldg sits has restaurants in walking distance. This floor offers very pretty views of the pool and lake vista. Nicer condos are available.

She was a nightclub singer in her younger years and loved the sparkle and dazzle of Las Vegas. Lake Las Vegas makes you feel like you have truly gone on vacation in a lovely villa in Italy! It's the best of both worlds!
