Nancy was great to work with, we had problems with the Wi-Fi, and she immediately sent someone over to fix it. My husband left his vitamins and I asked if they could mail them and without hesitation she said yes!

We love staying at the Gulf place condos! Great location, very clean, agent responded right away if we had any issues! I might note a few suggestions, add iron, floor length mirror and new plug for the tub! Would stay here again!
This home was in the middle of golf place, with a private entrance to the beach and access to all of the restaurants and stores. It is such a beautiful and well furnished home. It had everything we needed.

This home was in the middle of golf place, with a private entrance to the beach and access to all of the restaurants and stores. It is such a beautiful and well furnished home. It had everything we needed.
Have stayed in various condos at Gulf Place over many years. It’s a great location - just a three minute walk to the beautiful beach. Everything you need is within walking distance - restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, liquor store, small convince store. This unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had a nice variety of pans, plates and glasses. I saw a review from a year ago that mentioned no ice maker. They now have an ice maker. One suggestion - new knives are desperately needed! I had trouble slicing onions and even slicing a red bell pepper. I tried all the knives and they were all bad. We found a sharpener, but that don’t help.New this year - security walking around the pool asking to see amenity passes. The passes have been around for a few years, but have never been asked in February before. I understand they may have problems with people sneaking in during spring break or summer months, but this is a quiet time. Security walking through every hour seems accessive. There were four of us (unit sleeps 6) and we only had two passes. Security told us we needed a pass for everyone in the hot tub. We were 4 people in our 60s at 10:30 am (not a crazy party). After many years of coming here (our parents before us), this was the first time we had this experience. I know many of these units are available for rent, so the owners should ensure policies that make renters feel welcome.
Nicely updated and comfortable property. Building remodeling was ongoing but did not disturb our stay. Dishwasher could stand updating and there is no ice maker (and only one ice tray), but those are easy items to resolve if the owner desires. Otherwise a very nice unit. We would enjoy staying there again.
