One bedrooms has a queen sized bed and the other is a full sized bed. The unit has an AC units and ceiling fans. The laundry room with a washer/dryer is located down the hall and free to use. You're steps away from restaurants, cafes and shops. The large Safeway supermarket is 1 minute away and a 10min walk to the Lake Coeur d'Alene/Tubbs Hill. The 1st Floor has offices/retail offices incl a fantast Ice cream & coffee shop but the unit is quiet and not 4th St facing.

Midtown is my favorite area of Coeur d'Alene! It's in walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets. It's minutes from the highway and Lake Couer d'Alene/Tubbs Hill.

What makes this property unique

The central location and very walkable with restaurants, supermarkets (Safeway, Trader Joe's in walking distance), shops nearby. My property manager Jeff lives onsite and can help with any problems.
