This air conditioned creek side cabin can easily sleep 9 people with its two bathrooms and three bedrooms along with the over size large yard along D creek you will find yourself surrounded with large ponderosa pine trees and towering mountain peaks. Nestled in the middle of the valley you are minutes away from both the lake and various trailheads leading into the wilderness. We recently renovated the cabin with brand new everything. From updated kitchen to the beautiful bathrooms this house is cozy and relaxing. The large screened in porch allows you to sit out back next to the creek in the middle of summer and listen to the sounds of nature without being bothered by insects. If BBQ'ing is your thing we have supplied a propane BBQ grill for you to enjoy in total comfort.
Inside you will find three bedrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms have King size beds with one of the rooms having a trundle bed. Both rooms have new air conditioning units installed in them so you can stay cool during the hot heat of the summer months. The downstairs smaller bedroom has a new double bed. With plenty of room in the living room where we have provide a hide-a-bed encase you have a large group of people that really need to spread out.
The kitchen if fully stocked wit nice new dishware, utensils, cooking pots and pans. We have provided spices for those that really enjoy cooking up a fancy meals. Especially if you are looking to have a beautiful Thanksgiving or Christmas celebration. If you're looking to rent during the holidays or colder months don't worry we have provided plenty of firewood for the fireplace to keep you cozy and warm.
The home has strong wifi, games, a smart tv, or we are happy to help you with horseback riding, guided fishing trips, or help you plan an adventure into the wilderness or riding the narrow gauge railroad train from Durango to Silverton. Which is only a quick 40 minute car drive away.
