The house was lovely! We appreciated the cleanliness and the coziness of the large and spacious home. It had everything we needed plus more. It was the right choice for a perfect night to celebrate our friend's upcoming nuptials. The host was very responsive and check in was simple. Would recommend!.
Fantastic large family home! My family of ten had plenty of room for everyone. We have one family member who uses a walker and they were able to get around the first floor perfectly! The study was a great place to set up for work while the rest of the family was spread throuout the house! There are shops close enough to drive and the views from the mountain are breath taking. Thanksgiving was amazing thanks to this property!
Beautiful area on top of the mountains, very secluded. A little difficult to get to, a 20 minute drive into town. This home is large enough for many people and there are numerous games and activities available. The kitchen is adequately stocked to feed a crowd. The home needs a few minor repairs, but it met our family’s needs and exceeded our expectations. We were in town for a family wedding at a local winery. All in all, we experienced a great long weekend. Thank you.
The house was beautiful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only problem we had is that they had an ant infestation problem. When you have 12 people staying at home, feeding them with ants, crawling all over the kitchen and pantry were not helpful.

Why they chose this property
I acquired the Mountain House because I loved how the drive toward home, and up the windy switchbacks with spectacular views relaxed me. Keep an eye out for deer! When I arrived I loved the view from every window. The scenery is gorgeous in all 4 seasons. The neighboorhood is quiet and tight-knit - very friendly, all dog lovers, however, the home affords the illusion of 100% privacy.
What makes this property unique
The home is designed for a multi-generation family. With the bed/ADA bath combo on the first floor, ramp out back for easy access - even if its just for groceries and luggage! Despite how large the rooms are - it still has a cozy, warm, "lived in" feel to it. Like a home away from home.
