This 4200 sq. ft. house comes equipped with spacious kitchen with an island sink. 4 BR with 3 Queen beds in guest rooms. Master BR with King and double shower. Foosball table upstairs. Complete furnished lower level with bar, pool table, poker table, lounge room, and 2 -65" TVs. Every room has a TV and Roku. Fenced in backyard with deck, fire pit, grill, cornhole, and plenty of seating. Living room has reclining couches and large dining area. Small office near back. 3 car garage included.

In town for the broncos game. Crl he king in was super easy. House is spacious and the pool table kept us busy. About 12-15 mins to downtown. Host was super quick to reply to all our questions. House does need some blinds but other then that it was a great stay!

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities Near Downtown Indy

We recently stayed at a house located in an urban neighborhood about 12 minutes from downtown Indy. The house was clean and modernized, with only some minor wear on the outside wood paneling near the garage. Overall, it was in good condition. The amenities met our needs, although we had a small issue with the ice maker not dispensing ice properly. We had to remove the ice tray to get ice, but it wasn’t a major problem. The house stayed cool, and we enjoyed the theater room and the pool and foosball tables. The WiFi was sufficient for general use, and having laundry facilities on the same floor as the master bedroom was convenient. Our communication with the host was smooth; they were responsive and polite, addressing all our concerns before and after our stay. We didn’t need to contact them during our visit as everything went smoothly. We were in town for a local convention, so we didn’t spend much time at the house. However, it provided the rest and location we needed. We would definitely book this property again
