Clean, quiet cozy condo, well appointed and comfortable. We stayed for 10 days while our home was being remodeled from water damage. The condo is in the perfect location, close to restaurants, Harris Teeter, Walmart, and Target. We felt safe, in this neighborhood, and there was ample parking. Communication was prompt and easy. We highly recommend this home.

The rental unit was very clean and peaceful! Small but functional. Great location for shopping and eating (Baxter Village), as well as close to some lovely green spaces like Anne Spring Close Greenway and the Riverwalk Parkway in Rock Hill. Only drawback for us was lack of a dining table but we brought a card table and chairs.
