Villa B-4 - Beach front, Swimming Pool, Amazing Gulf Views!

'Seaside' Villa of St. George B-4 offers a super comfortable living/dining/kitchen space on the first floor with a queen sleeper sofa. The Gulf of Mexico and beautiful sugar white sand beaches can be seen throughout the first floor by the windows and sliding glass door just off the living room. The primary bedroom is located just up the stairs on the second floor and features a king bed with full private bathroom (shower), private Gulf front deck access and a flat screen smart TV. The bunk bedroom is right across the hall on the second floor and has 1 stand alone full sized bed and 1 twin bunk bed with convenient access to the shared hallway shower/tub combo bathroom. This Villa sleeps a total of 8 guests comfortably. The washer and dryer are located in the shared hallway bathroom.

Villa B-4 is centrally located in the West Gulf Beaches neighborhood with super convenient access to the multi-use path connected to the whole Island! Just minutes to local island shops, restaurants, nightlife, fishing pier, St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground.

Great place to stay!

The property is beautiful! Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for a couple of days due to the evacuation of Hurricane Helene, but during our stay we enjoyed the ocean and the view we had. The island is so nice and peaceful. We hope to be able to return soon with my family.

Clear beach view, lots of dolphin sightings most mornings. Very clean unit!! Be ready to climb lots of stairs in the unit.Host was quick to answer any Q's we had in advance. Beach was very close, uncrowded. "Downtown" St. George was easily within walking and/or biking distance.
