Enjoy the comfort of a boutique little house and not be worried about paying a lot of money, then this is perfect for you!

You'll be staying in a Cottage that's been decorated and equipped for you to unwind after a long day in the parks or doing shopping.
Tasteful, cozy, practical, and fully equipped, ideal for couples or small families.
The Complex has a pool, a Mini Golf course, and a gym.

This is a remodeled manufactured home, tastefully decorated and fully equipped to enjoy your stay after a long day in the parks or shopping malls.
It has a Main bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and the porch has been converted into a second bedroom with 2 twin beds ideal for children or teenagers although it could be suitable for a couple of adults.

The second bedroom has its own portable AC unit.
Other areas that the guests can use are, 2 swimming pools (with spa), the playroom at the clubhouse, the gym, tennis courts, and a mini-golf course.

The Laundry room is right across the street and it has coin-operated washers and dryers.
The magnetic card keys to access all the areas previously described are hung in the kitchen area (please hang them back before checking out, if you lose them there will be a $75 fee applied)

This cottage is placed in a neighborhood surrounded by nature, forests, ponds, and lakes are very common in Florida, so if you do not want to attract bugs, mosquitos, or ants, please be careful not to leave doors open or leave dirty dishes and we recommend to put the trash away when you have the chance.

Perfect home away from home

This space was very nice. We were within reach of grocery stores, food trucks, and restaurants. The neighborhood is equipped with enough to keep you busy. It’s a very quiet and relaxing space. The host was quick to answer any questions I had.

Location was very good. Close to all conveniences including restaurants, groceries, shopping and theme parks.This could be a very cute place with a little work and small investment. It was pretty shabby looking and could use a good cleaning.Liked the location but will not stay here again.

Great stay!

Property was exceptionally clean! Beds were comfortable. Couple of suggestions: providing more bath towels for guests, there were only two full sets and we had 4 guests. There were beach towels so we used those. More toilet paper, there was only one roll and I don’t remember reading that we needed to supply that. a plug for the sink in the kitchen for hand washing dishes. I think the gas is out for the gas stove and we had trouble warming up premade lasagna and garlic bread. Directions for disposing of trash would have been useful. Overall, we were able to adjust as needed. The property was safe, clean, and great for our family.
